CARHC is a non-profit public benefit corporation governed by a seven member Board of Directors and operated by volunteers. The Board meets bi-monthly and is responsible for the fiscal and programmatic oversight of all CARHC activities. Officers of the Board include an elected President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. Day to day administration and management of the organization is provided by CARHC Board President and Association Coordinator.
